My thoughts exactly, however, I have always felt the selection committee has a ratings agenda and will do anything to make that happen.
 
That has got to be a records. Congrats young lady. I wouldn't trade Loftin, Chavez and Stewart for any other team's 3 freshmen. If these ladies can keep their heads on straight and keep working, they could do special things at OU.
 
They should just go ahead and give Aaliyah the SEC Freshman of the Year truphy. No one else can match what she's done (doing).
 
I agree, Chavez is the best freshman in the SEC. I do think if she doesn't win it, it'll be Galvan from Vandy that wins it, but I think Chavez has it in the bag.

I also wonder how we can be ranked #7 in BOTH polls, yet only a 4 seed in the most recent bracketology. There's got to be something up with that. Especially now that we've won 3 straight games against ranked opponents! I think we have to win a game in the SEC tourney to maintain the top 4 seed, or go higher. Hopefully we can beat another ranked team in the tourney, or two.
 
The AP poll released yesterday shows us at #10, moving up from #11 the previous week. Even so, I believe we should get a #4 seed if we win our last 2 games.

If I were the committee...I'd have us ahead of TCU, Duke & Mich State right now. We've got the best win and our Ave Net Loss is 9. Everyone has a Q2 or Q3 loss except us and Ohio State. Put us in as a 3 seed and Iowa as the 2 seed...I'd love to match up against them to get to the elite 8.

5 of our 6 losses are to numbers 2-6 in the last poll and #6 was against the 16th ranked team!
 
Maybe I'm not reading the graph correctly, it looks to me like we should be ahead of everyone on the graph. Played more top teams, no bad losses, a lot of good wins, including some on the road. Maybe it is just a blue blood deal. We are an up and comer and not one of the established blue bloods of the last 15 years. Bottom line is we are a tough out.
 
I hope that ranking sticks. I like Iowa in the Sweet 16 and Texas in the Elite 8. Would be a much better draw than last year.
