Does anyone know when OU Media day is for the WBB team and coaches? I notice the mens were yesterday so I had Assume it would be today for the WBB program.

I would like to see us try this lineup:

PG - Verhulst
SG - Keys or Joens
SF - Williams
PF - Vann
C - Beers

That would be a good combo of size, 3 point shooting, inside scoring and rebounding..all 5 are good scorers. That lineup would also be a strong defensive group with size, strength, quickness and athleticism.

I’m guessing Williams comes off the bench this year to sub in for Vann at the 4 spot. She can’t play the 3 unless her 3 point shooting vastly improved over the summer.

I think your starting lineup is what we will see. It could change as the season goes but I bet that’s it to begin with.

Tot's size makes her a potentially huge liability against better teams, but Keyes isn't a real point guard and Scott would need to reduce her turnovers. Maybe get Zya as many minutes at point as possible in early season games.

I think by the season's end, Zya will be our backup PG, or maybe even our starting PG

No one is taking Nevaeh Tot starting PG away. I do expect Zya to make a impact in the PG position or in the 2 spot for us. But probably first 3 coming off the bench.
Zya game is very good and she can score. Her midrange game is pretty good as well.

I will say Zya and Reyna will be battling for the Backup PG. It will be interesting to see.

I may be bugging but when is OU WBB media day. Season is 4 days away and still no Media for us yet. I want to hear what coach Baranczyk has to say along with the players.

Yes I have already seen that. That was SEC media day. Its the same as What coach Moser has but he has actual OU Media day and Jennie Baranczyk does not.
