All play solid defense.
All take good care of the ball for frosh.
All but possibly Edwards are potentially good scorers.
But only Wyatt and possibly Edwards have much of an idea how they will score in Div I basketball at this time.
Wyatt has a good outside shot and a nice pull up jumper. Edward will probably always be a transition and penetrating scorer without a great outside shooter.
Sherri's challenge is to bring them along on offense and develop rotations to keep all of her players fresh by the time Big 12 basketball comes along. If she can accomplish that we will have a 9 player rotation that can play relentless defense and up tempo offense the entire game.
If not we will see Ellenberg and Hook playing 37 minutes a game and Campbell and Kornet 30 minutes and a lot of freshman talent watching most of the key games on the pine.
The trick is to always have five on the floor that can maintain offensive continuity and flow and play good team defense. Sometimes all of that is lost when another player comes into the game.
Of course the players have to develop their overall games to be a threat to score and help their teammates on rebounding and defense.
