Picking your brackets

What lower seeds do you think can make a run?

What do you think of OU's chances?

I'm thinking about picking ISU for a Sweet 16 run. ND and Ohio State are both winnable games for a team like ISU that can hit 3s like crazy. Other than that I'm not sure if I'm picking any 10 or lower seeds to advance.

Great move by the NCAA setting up a potential KU/UNC 2nd (read:3rd) round matchup. Although Nova will be a tough game for UNC. Would love to see Roy make all those clowns in mock blue turtlenecks and dorky glasses cry.

I always pick for the big12, even though I hate OSU and other teams. However the more Big12 teams that go far, the better it makes our conference look. I like KSU to go pretty far with good defense and thats because I think Pitt gives Gonzaga some trouble

I have Creighton going to the elite 8, NM going to the final four. Also have a Bucknell upset in the first round. Zepp, I have ISU getting to weekend 2... If they go off, look out.

Midwest regional looks like I may go chalk there. I think the top 4 seeds all advance. I have L'ville in the final 4. Duke/Mich State will be an interesting game.

West regional could open up for Kansas State. Pitt could give Gonzaga a scare early on. I may pick Kansas State to win that region. New Mexico could also make a run there.

South I kinda like Minnesota to go to the Sweet 16. Although I may change my mind there. UCLA is without their best player. I'll probably end up going with Florida in that 2nd round game. I have the Kansas VCU rematch in the Sweet 16. That will be a fun one. I think I may pick VCU to win that side of the bracket, and I may pick them to be my Final Four team there.


East should be interesting I'm not sure who I'll pick between Bucknell and Butler. But I don't think either makes it past Marquette. I believe the winner of the Marquette/Miami game in the Sweet 16 wins that bracket.

Right now my final 4 is Louisville, Kansas State, VCU, and Miami

I have Bucknell over Butler as well as Minnesota over UCLA (but I'm rethinking this one since everyone and their dog like Minnesota in that game).

I'm also toying with picking Akron over VCU. Everyone is in love with VCU and they won't get past Michigan anyway.

I've filled out several brackets and my consensus is Louisville/Georgetown for the most part.

OU has a good shot to advance past SDSU....but I believe we have little chance to get past Georgetown.
