What are the time limitations for practice prior to October?

I think two 1-hour team practices per week. They can start regular practices on Monday, October 2nd. The first game is November 12th, and they can start practicing 42 days before the first game and have 30 practices in that timeframe.

Update: This link says practices can begin on Saturday, September 29th.
