Texas is fading very fast. I know they kicked our tails just last week, but at least we weren't ranked #1 midway thru the season. If I were a horn fan, I'd be pretty bummed about how this season turned out.

Acy put on a show. He had the #2 and #1 plays of the weekend on Sportscenter. #2 was a monster block on Damion James. #1 was a montage of all 10 dunks with a countdown. As a lifelong UT basher and Bear lover, it couldn't have been more delicious.

Lace Dunn also caught a bounce pass alley oop off an inbounds play from Carter to dunk against UT. First time I have ever seen that done before.

Methinks Barnes was auditioning for the head coach of the Washington Generals.

Acy's recruitment still feels a little fishy to me. The guy was wide open, not even a senior, then all of a sudden enrolls at Baylor.

He qualified late. His AAU coach was pushing him to go to prep school and it appeared he was headed that direction. When he qualified Baylor and Florida pushed hard to have him enroll in school at the last semester of the summer since he missed the signing periods. He wanted to stay closer to home (Dallas). Nothing fishy about it.

We went from leading by 12 with 8 minutes left to losing by 11. They outscored us by 23 in the last 8 minutes and we wouldn't have had that lead if it weren't for Cade Davis who was absolutely unconscious from behind the stripe. Cade is a decent shooter, but he probably won't ever hit shots at that percentage from behind the 3 point line again. It's not like we are talking about Michael Neal, Kelley Newton, Dave Sieger, or Hollis Price.

That's why I say they kicked our tails.
