How many of you before the season thought we would have a good chance of dancing? How many were just hoping to make the NIT?

Let's not forget where expectations were to start the season and where we are now. I read a lot of stuff about us choking and being a letdown, and granted we have blown some big leads in the past few games. But on the same coin we have surpassed my preseason expecations of barely making the NIT and getting to 18 wins possibly while finishing at least #6 in the Big12.

So let's just remember where we started the year, where we are now, and where we may be come March.

Step off the ledge people. (But don't get me wrong, I'll be sweating with you all come Selection Sunday)

I'm not on a ledge but not sure why you want those on the ledge to step off. Is there a big air bag down there?

They have exceeded my expectations. I thought this would be an NIT year, but instead it's and NCAA Tourney year. A frustration as its been of late it's still been a good year. 20 wins!

I know what you are saying and agree totally, but the only realistic expectation I am disappointed about is the expectation that good teams play hard and finish strong and not blow double digit leads.

That is a good perspective. It certainly isn't Kruger's fault or the players fpr that matter that fans jack themselves up and place unrealistic expectations on the teams results.

Honestly, this is about where I expected OU to be. That is I thought OU should be .500 or a game better in conference play and a bubble team.

I was quite excited that they were going to do substantially better than I expected by being 13-5 in conference play. I am pleased they are 11-7 in conference play and finished fourth. I am concerend that OU is losing a lot for next season and hope Kruger can do as well or better next year.

When you have a player like Osby...expectations of going to the ncaa tournament should be high.

^^ gets it

We are right where I thought we would be but the trip to this point is not what I expected.

That remark is disingenuous and ignores all the other factors that go into putting together a team - including the recent history.
