Scout's Dave Telep calls JUCO power forward, Ricardo Ratliffe, "a rare spring impact recruit." According to his coach at Central Florida Community College, where Ratliffe is averaging 26 points per game, OU does not appear to be in the running for his services.

Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas and Clemson are on him the hardest, Ryan said. Kentucky’s coming this week and Connecticut and Louisville have been in. Charlotte, TCU and Indiana recently called.

Man, that is tough Ada. I hoped that we were at least on his radar at this point. OU might have tried to get in on him too late.
