Did you hear Barnes' comments just before the start of the second half? "Befuddled" doesn't come close to describing it. "Resignation/terror" might come a little closer.

Rick's players were even worse. It's been a long time since I have seen a ranked team that frustrated by great defense on their own court.

I'll repeat what I have said more than once over the years. Rick Barnes is a great recruiter, but he underachieves with the players he brings in.

Barnes has almost always been consistent at getting effort, rebounding, and defense out of his teams....even the less talented teams of his tenure played hard. However, he has never been known as an offensive guru or player developer.
