No other team has played 6 road games (UT and OSU have only played 4). Schedule plays out in favor of OU and ISU coming down the stretch. Hope we can hold serve at home and pick up at least 1 of 2 on the road. If we get to 13-5, I believe we'll tie for 2nd.

12-6 is a tie for third.

Need to win 2 out of 3

No we don't, we win out at home, and grab TCU on the road, finish 6-2, and finish 12-6 in conference, 23-8 overall, which would be an awesome season. Grab a win in tourney and we could be a 4 or 5 seed due to RPI and strength of conference

win 2 out of 3 we end up 2nd or 3rd in the conference and in play for a 3 seed.

The problem is, that KU and @ OSU are not very realistically winnable games unless the wheels completely fall off in Stilly. The home court officiating bias, which is far and away the worst aspect about college basketball, is just too difficult to overcome against similarly talented teams. A win in Stillwater would be an absolute coup, but not something we "need" or should expect. Holding home court is definitely the important thing here.

We match up ok with OSU, but if Spangler gets in foul trouble against KU forget it. They have 4 big bodies and we have 1.5.

I would say you are right about Kansas not being realistic. It can be done, but it's not very realistic to think it will be done. Osu might have been that way earlier this year, but right now I don't see why that would be considered unrealistic. I definitely think, the way it looks right now, that we have a good shot of going in there and at least getting down to the end of the game with a chance to win it.
