Do coach contracts normally have NCAA sanction language? I certainly hope we had a clause in OU's former coach's contract.

Capel has already received his buyout $$
Capel has already received his buyout $$
Did he tell you this?
I doubt very seriously if Capel has received his buyout. The University has to wait for word from the NCAA that Capel is not involved since that could mean any payment to him is null and void. That is how contracts work.
And you would be wrong, yet again. Several local media sources have reported for a fact that Capel has been paid his buyout in full.

Its been on the radio multiple times from blevins, trammel and graver.
A clause in Capel's contract allows the university to avoid a buyout payment if he was fired for cause, but Castiglione said that's "not something that we anticipate being an issue."
So, was it reported by several local media sources or just from Blevins, Tramel, and Graver (IDK who this is)?
Funny...I asked Tramel about it in email and he told me Capel had not received it yet because the investigation wasn't finished.
Clown.
This is from a FOX report about Capel getting fired:

Sounds to me like a payment hasn't been made because the investigation isn't complete.
Go take a business law course, then get back to me.
I almost fell off my chair. This coming from an idiot poster who is wrong on nearly every single thread, then when everyone calls him out on it, he disappears for two or three days (just like he did when OU won games this season).
Classic.
He wasn't fired for cause. Try again.

So, you lost the argument because you didn't have any clue about what you were typing, so now you come after me.
Again, post a link that proves the money has been paid or just admit you were wrong.
BTW -- I never disappeared for 2 or 3 days until Kruger was hired. Ask anybody here, when the team won, I gave kudos. When they lost I posted my opinion about how crappy we were coached. My opinions may be wrong, but they are just that...opinions.
