If AK is really kicked off the team what does Lon do next?!? Don't we have 2 scholarships that could be filled this year then??? Any decent Juco Bigs left or hs bigs?

Eh. If a transfer that can play immediately comes available, maybe.

Otherwise, we need to roll with Lattin, McNeace, Buford, Freeman, and Doolittle.

Agree, but isn't it kind of wasting 2 spots? We would be a little thin unless you sign an extra walk on or 2 just for practices. Tough call I guess, just worries me already.

They are bringing in a point guard for a visit this weekend. Hopefully he is good and wants to become a Sooner.

If they were to take anybody it almost certainly would be a 5th year senior transfer.

No team is going to play 13 kids. Kelvin routinely only had 10-11 on scholarship. Having 11, we'll be fine from a numbers stand point.

Manyang is certainly done. I would think finding a fifth-year transfer would be a priority now.

McNease and Lattin in the post is not enough. Freeman and Buford aren't going to guard anyone down there.

We need to add a Center that can at worst be a good practice player and be the 3rd Center off the bench. I doubt we are going to be able to sign a 5 that can come in and play at this point over Mcnease or Lattin.. I have faith that out of Buford, Freeman, Doolittle and even Odomes we can have plenty of depth there for games and practice..

I think a couple of times in recent years OSU has had similar numbers and once the season got going they had dismissals/defections/injuries and wound up with only 7 or 8 guys available and had to play walk-ons for long stretches.
