the NCAA is becoming a bigger joke than it already was. The Presidents really need to step in and take control of this organization. If the NCAA acts like they can't, just remind that they can certainly form a new organization and all join that.

Why was this kid ineligible in the first place?

Why does triple hearsay have any bearing on his eligibility?

Ignoring the hearsay element and assuming the alleged statements were made and accurate, why do they have any impact on his eligibility?

I have little doubt that the supposed "overheard conversation" involving the NCAA investigator's boyfriend on the plane had something to do with it.
