As of right now, I'd say NCAA bubble team is our ceiling next year. I've come to realize over the last few games that this team just has too many holes in it, holes that M'Baye and two freshmen guards, no matter how solid, probably can't fix alone. If we were to somehow land a solid JUCO or two, I might change my mind.

This...Big XII will be unsettled next year.

There are too many unknowns at this point. What if the H twins come in and light it up? Same with MBaye? Our main weakness was guard play overall and if those guys elevate that area offensively AND defensively that is likely the difference on the numerous games we CHOKED away this year, that if we'd won we'd be talking about the Dance.

Sounds harsh, but you find Blair, Aren't, and possibly Neal a new home and sign 3-4 ballers in the late signing period then that makes it even more likely...

We have a great shot at being a tournament team next year. Osby, Neal, Grooms, Pledger, and Fitz as well as Clark all have a year together under their belt. M'Baye should be a BIG help. One more difference maker, perhaps from juco, and we are off to the races. Even w/o one more difference maker the team coming back is easily 4 - 6 wins better than this years team.

10 seed

One more year together and with Kruger will make this team a tournament team. Really need another shooter though.

Bump for fun as it appears that OU will in fact make the Tourney this year. Obviously M'Baye and Hield have been great additions, with Cousins and Hornbeak also contributing.

Hi. This is obviously happening because Sam and I both haven't attended a game this year.

If OU makes the Detroit subregional, I attend, and they lose, then you all can blame me. ;)

I'm checked in--but then again, I'm such a "sunshine pumper" I thought we would win the B12 --I also think we are one decent big away from being a title contender.

If we had a shot blocking, lane clogging big who could really defend in the post we would be HARD TO HANDLE.

Ive heard from insiders our practices are often rough and tumble dog fights that make Kelvins practices look tame. Fighting for rebounds, pushing and shoving, etc...VERY physical practices.... That comes in handy in games...I believe its two fold, one--our roster(Including guys who dont get to play) has some very very SCRAPPY dudes on it, and B coach K is a scrappy coach...
