Why are you talking about potential for a senior on senior day lol?

Potentially have a great game...that potential. Not like she has always been bad. Came in highly ranked as a freshman, but was behind Jordy. Next year she did well. Then not good last year. Do not agree with you assessment that that is a stupid thing for me to say. Doesn't bother me that you think that....just do not agree.

Agree. Letting the 2 senior pitchers get into the game early on their last regular season game at Loves Field. Contrast that with how JB treated Culliton on senior night.

Honestly, seniors pitching to start the game cost us three runs and put us in a deficit that might end up costing us the game. It's a tied ball game now 5-5 and I just have that feeling we're going to go ahead and concede this one on account of using backup pitching in an experiment type of game very reminiscent of Texas and OSU losses.

Am not one to normally criticize officials, but am I the only one to think the home plate umpire is squeezing the strike zone on our pitchers and theirs?

I had to clean my glasses to make sure we didn't have a different home plate umpire than Georgia did! I would love for softball to have that little digital strike zone that baseball has.

Gabby Garcia hit a solo HR in the bottom of the sixth to seal this win. Really glad we were able to sweep them as Alabama is losing in a pitching duel in game 2 of the Tennessee series... They don't have bats that are as good as ours but they do have better pitching so it will be interesting to see how we match up against them if we end up facing them

I had no problem with starting senior pitchers. I thought it was unfair to yank a 4 year sooner for a walk, then let a one year sooner give up 3 runs before pulling her.
And let's give credit where credit is due, garcia put us in a position to win but Guachino with a HUGE assist from Garcia sealed the win.
