Co-champions it is. SEC just really doesn't want the Sooners to win both titles LOL you would think that there would be plenty of time to fit in a game tomorrow the selection show is tomorrow evening..

Oklahoma will serve as the Conference’s automatic qualifier to the NCAA Tournament. Per the Commissioner’s Regulations, “In the event inclement weather or other factors prevent the completion of the championship prior to the date and time when the NCAA requires notification for selection to the NCAA tournament, the highest remaining seed in the tournament at the time of suspension shall be designated as the automatic qualifier.” So, I do not know the answer to your question, but maybe he was wrong and was thinking of the auto qualifier from conference to NCAA Tournament. Found this, did not look for copy of rules As both teams were going to qualify for tournament, doesn't seem it is important here in that regard. Co conference champs seems fair.
First time I heard Plank today he was saying if its a rainout, the higher seeded team(us) would be the champions. Was that wrong or did it somehow mysteriously get changed to co champions?

This definitely makes things debatable though. For the regular season for example Texas A&m lost as many games as us and almost won as many games if their Georgia game 3 had not been rained out. I believe they would have swept them and had they done that we would have shared that title with them as well as the tournament title. Who is the better team? The way A&m played Texas makes me think that when Kennedy is pitching for them they are going to be hard to beat by anyone but it's all about matchups in the postseason, you just never know and we also have the best coach in softball history!
