The reasoning behind the assertion that Sherri turned the program i think comes from the fact that OU had killed the omen's basketball program before she as hired. OU had no program.
Sherri is a very valuable asset to the oman's program but not as coach. Her personality, intelligence, and articular ability ould make a great ambassador for OU representing all omen's sports. (sorry. a certain letter of the alphabet on my keyboard doesnt ork)

If and when she goes, frankly I don't want her to have a damn thing to do with the program in any way, shape or form. We can't have her in a position to constantly be second-guessing a new coach and whining around to Joe C. behind the scenes.

Amen!

She needs to pack up and go and take her $86,000 a year kid with her.

Sherri as been a great ambassador for OU. However she has been given credit for Burl Pluckett's work turning the program around and not been held accountable for the last ten years of diligently letting the program wither away.

She has been extremely well paid for the services rendered. I think it would be best for both parties if they split the sheets and went their separate way. Unfortunately I see her back next year.

I think a lot more of her than that.
Not me. As stated on another board, STICK A FORK IN HER, she's done. She has made an obscene amount of money while producing a less than mediocre product for 10yrs. And now she has brought her baby boy in on the gravy train and I'm not sure he is qualified to do the team's laundry. She has been coasting on her rep from many years ago too long.
