Just god awful. They had an actual lead and then turn the ball over I think five or six times in a row just throwing it to no one or down at the post's feet...these are things I could see a team doing at the beginning of a season but not at this point, and on a consistent basis at that! This shows me they are absolutely not practicing hard enough or retaining a GD thing that they do learn in practice.
mark my words you would never see a Baylor team this horrible in the basic fundamentals of basketball. Lazy ass coaches is what we have. with how god-awful the rest of the players are I don't see why Shaina is not at least getting a shot.
 
Kansas making lots of mistakes. We are taking advantage, which is good.

If only Lampkin had the confidence to go after her offense, she could be great. Could and will are very different things though... especially at OU.

LLANUSA is ballin' lately. If she keeps this level of play up she might actually get all-conference..honorable mention..
 
Murcer, Robertson and Simpson can not guard a dead man. Pellington is the human turnover. Drives in and just throws up junk. Robertson can't pass or get open. No athletic ability. So many turnovers, it is unreal.

I agree. Subpar athletes. Less than average over all basketball players too. I don't care how good a shooter you are if you don't have the athleticism to get open it doesn't matter much. Notice how and non-conference she scored a lot more than in conference? When the competition got better...go figure.

The only two legitimate players on our team are Williams and Llanusa...you can't expect to do very much in this conference especially when you are not bringing in division 1 players.
Pellington does exactly the same thing over and over she dribbles it deep down into the trees and then throws up a prayer. No development in her game since last year. This is where the coaching SHOULD have come in.
any player that miraculously gets better while they are at OU under SC is because of their own individual drive and hard work alone. Cole and staff do not develop basketball players. They might be responsible for players becoming better people once they step on campus, but not what counts right now, which is better basketball players!!
 
Take the win. We played hard. Williams, Jessi and Ana were the difference.

It sure helped that KU couldn’t hit a 3 to save their lives. If they had, we would have lost.

Pellington...I’m glad she got on the floor, but not playing didn’t teach her a thing. She’s still gone.

Kansas was 7-30 BTA tonight. In Lawrence they were 8-30 BTA. The real difference in the game vs the first game was free throws Kansas was a plus 13 at the line with 32 made FT's in Lawrence and a - 9 in Norman with 6 made FT's.

Shaina plays 8 minutes. Played in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th periods scored 2 points, 1 RB, 1 steal and 4 TO's. Taylor played 11 minutes scored 10 points, 5 RB's, 1 steal, 1 assist and 1 TO. Nice win!

I thought they hit more than that last time. It sure seemed like it, but I didn’t verify the numbers.

Nevertheless, it was good they didn’t hit many tonight.
