Sooners will count on talented M'Baye in 2012-13

I hope he will give us the big presence around the basket that we have been lacking. Fitz is just not physical enough.

I don't think I knew before that article that M'Baye did not start playing basketball until he was 15 (that is a sophomore in high school) and missed 11 games his freshman year. That means he has only played 4.5 years and still lead his team in scoring and rebounding. I hope the hype is real because adding a guy that is the best player or one of the best players to the roster is going to make a big difference.

I like this guy. He is going to help us a lot next year. You can tell that by his resolve and competitiveness. The fact he hustles all the time even though he knows he won't play is an indicator of what this guy will play like when the arena has butts in the seat. I also like the fact he likes road games. Most competitors love the road game environment.

Also, I like the fact he chose OU because he knew Kruger's style was the best fit for him. We haven't seen Kruger's style this year because he's limited but next year with M'Baye and the returners we should see more of Kruger's style.

I can't WAIT until THAT happens... lol

Given his natural ability he should hustle all the time. He is working to play professionally regardless of whether that is at an NBA level or a lower level.
