Hello all! - I know some of you have wondered what Stacy is up to these days. She is alive and well in good ol' Norman, USA! She is continuing to pursue her love of working with young athletes and is currently coaching private, small group, and team clinics in the region. It's been a real blessing for her to have a basketball related career that allows her to spend time with friends and family. She is doing great!

It is interesting that OU is closing its summer camp at the same time Stacy is opening a summer camp.

It won't surprise me at all if Stacy takes a college or perhaps a high school coaching job in a year or so.

Anyone who can turn what they love to do into a career is on the right track! It's much easier said than done.

Do you think she will try to steer any players toward OU?

If Stacy is only working with Oklahoma girls, I would think it is unlikely she will have any campers that OU doesn't already know about. But, if she does, she will have to be careful about "steering" girls to OU. If she wants to remain neutral, she will have to be impartial in that regard.

If anything, I would think OU might encourage girls attend Stacy's camps knowing they will improve.

Wouldn't mind seeing her as a head coach at OU in a few years. With a Whitney Hand Jones in the mix. Some nice young aggressive coaches that will get after it .
