As a rule of thumb, when Stephen A speaks, I injure myself reaching for the remote to change the channel. But I find it very unlikely he will end up actually testifying. KU and the other schools that have received their notice of allegations have much more to worry about than Duke.

If Zion testifies, Capel will be the fall guy. And be underhandedly compensated so well that he doesn't have to work another day in his life. Meanwhile, Duke and K will go unscathed.
