Summer workouts

Here's a premature query: Are summer workouts (either with the coaches or without) open to the public, as they are during the season?

I might be in OKC this summer for my high school reunion (don't ask which anniversary it'll be), and if so, I'd love to get a peek at the guys while I'm there.

Last year I was told the answer is No.

No worries during the regular season, but the summer workouts are a no go.

Don't ask me to explain "why" as I do not know. The logic of this escapes me.
