Temple "TJ" Gibbs visiting this weekend

Seton Hall prep Al's Alma mater. Quite a nice list of offers. I see skills , shooting , but not above the rim athleticism.

What's his specialty. I saw film on him. He looks like a less athletic and shorter cousins.

His brother is the kid from Seton Hall who threw a punch in the Villanova game. Oldest brother played at Pitt. Fran said he could shoot.

Will be intersting to see how it all goes. Sure hope he enjoys it. Can ya imagine him and Pritchard in the back court. Woooo.

Was his brother any good or was he just average?

Both his brothers were good players. As a junior at Seton Hall this year PG Sterling Gibbs averaged 16.3 ppg and 3.8 assists, and was named second team All-Big East. He was their best player.

Older brother Ashton Gibbs was a 3 year starting PG for Pittsburgh (backup as a freshman) and averaged about 15 ppg his last 3 years. He's still playing internationally. As a sophomore he was 2nd team All Big-East and was voted the most improved player in the conference. He was 1st team as a junior when Pitt won the conference and only honorable mention as a senior. Some stats that jumped out at me shows he can shoot. As a junior he averaged 89% from the FT line and 49% from the 3-point line making 102 of his 208 attempts.

TJ obviously comes from a good pedigree of basketball family.
