Is this a stat that has been tracked? I mean, can anybody tell me where this streak ranks among any others? Seems very uncommon, at least in most of my adult life, for 4 guys to start that many games in a row. Would be cool to have some comparisons, if they exist.

A buddy of mine back home is a degenerate gambler. Hopeless sports better. He used to bet Australian Rules Football back in the early days of satellite television. He was really big on the old UTEP acronym of "U Take 'Em Points".
Anyhow, leading up to the beginning of the 2014 season I'd gone to several practices and had a pretty good inkling that the team was going to be pretty good (ended up being a 5-seed). When I saw the opening line (OU +8) I called up my buddy and said, "hey, Alabamuh might beat us, but it damn sure won't be by eight."
He throws some money on us and we proceed to lay the biggest egg you've ever seen in the first ten minutes. I think we were down 26-10 or something like that. I'm nervous now, because I'm afraid he's going to send some hired goons to come and break my thumbs.
After that ten-minute lull, though, we played great; and we closed by roughing Alabamuh up pretty badly. I get some messages later that night lauding me for my "insider info" and how impressed he was with Kruger and the boys. It got him back on the OU hoops bandwagon as well (Capel killed him), and he's been a devout follower ever since.
So a big thank you to the core four, who helped keep me from receiving the Luca Brasi treatment.
