Yeah, that was crazy. I was a little disturbed at the foul call but when I realized who was going to the line I actually felt like he would miss and it would act like a turnover. Guess I was wrong :facepalm

Carlin Dupree. He averaged 8 minutes a game on the season. Failed to appear in 8 games and only shot .615 from the line on 26 attempts.

That was a one and one too.

Honestly, if you could do it over again, Kruger probably should have called TO when he went to the line. Obviously that would be highly unusual due to the time left but OU had the TO to burn.

It wasn't especially based on how the game had been called to that point. Very odd call for that situation. Woodard didn't reach in and gained no advantage. Dupree initiated the contact.

Reminded me a little of when OU's Alex Spaulding went off in that one NCAA Tourney game (against NC Charlotte, maybe?). Kid didn't do anything all year, then had about 12-15 I think in that game. Looked a little like Dupree too.

I like Gottlieb, but he hates the new rules and will often say "that's not a foul" when it is. He hated the intentional foul on Craft in the Dayton game and that is absolutely the right call.

Except Dupree didn't do anything prior to OT. But it was huge for him. They didn't even make an issue out of that being a one and one. He came off the bench, went straight to the line and knocked down the front end at a critical time. That was a huge play. I think OU got screwed on the call but that isn't Dupree's fault.

Necessarily didn't "like" the call, but can understand why they called it. In transition, OU is down trying to create pressure...ball hander breaks and gets his inside hip by. Instead of beating him to a spot, Woodard is nudging him up the floor. Minor, but it wasn't an awful call or anything.

When a former OSU player that doesn't care for OU calls it a bad call, it is bad call to me.

He's actually been one of the few national guys who has been very complimentary toward OU this year. Really likes Kruger.

Agreed. Not sure why OU fans have been hard on him. I didn't care for the guy as a player, but he is a pretty fair and good analyst. I enjoy his insight.

I am not hard on him. I think he does a good job but I will also guaranty he doesn't have some burning love for OU. He is just a professional and calls it like he sees it.
