The increased athleticism combined with watching these freshmen grow up makes this team excellent to watch. Throw in the fact the Ro seems to LOVE to play the right way and LK has the guys having fun, I am more excited about this team than I have been since Blake was here.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but I almost feel like Capel didn't coach effort. Or didn't recruit effort guys.
Kruger's guys just have a different feel to them.

he literally coached nothing. they didnt block out, make smart plays, take good shots. capel is solely a recruiter thats it.

I find the team rather frustrating but perhaps that's just youth. For every good or even great play they make several bad. It's tough for them to string together runs because of turnovers. They're moving too fast sometimes.

Still, Ozby's starting to look like NBA guy I heard about. Held has "it" and Pledger is being held back by coaches desire to go inside. But once the inside game gets everyone's attention, then Pledger can start raining down some three's along with Heild

This team can take nobody for granted however.

Regarding the OP, this is a very fun team to watch. They hustle and dare I say the style of basketball is starting to resemble (just a little) billy ball? Full court pressing is something I love to see. LK hasn't turned up the heat of his press yet, but give him more athletes and I think we will see this. I definitely love the style of play.

Now if we could just do something about the last 2 minutes of the game... :ez-laugh:
