I really wish Sherri still had her Camps. Seeing all over social media players at Elite camps, Team camps right now.

IMO camps are an Excellent Recruiting Tool. Shows athletes what the university has to offer and an in depth look of how the coaches actually interact with the players on and off the floor.

To the best of anyone's knowledge, has Sherri ever explained WHY she chooses to NOT have camps?

I just may have had this wrong but always thought coaches could not have anything to do with coaching players until a certain date in the fall. It seems last year that OU coached players in the summer. NOW, I realize all of above may be wrong. Would really love to know. For one thing, that always seemed weird when sometimes the players got to play overseas or in a special tournament somewhere prior to the official date when coaches could work with players. How this relates to thread is, if coaches were not able to coach in past during the summer and now can, maybe Sherri decided she no longer wanted to use that time. Even if it is not about the time, did Sherri ever have any elite players at her camp or players who turned into elite players. Did we sign any top players who attended her camps?

Are "Elite" camps different than camps Sherri had?

Yes Sherri had "Elite" Camps all the times where all the top players were invited and attended. That is originally how she discovered the likes of Whitney Hand, oanna McFarland, Dashawn Harden, Lyndsey Cloman, and others. You find a lot of hidden Gems at Camps which is why I wish she would bring them back. She had great camps. A lot of schlorships are offered at Elite and Advanced camps.
