Goldwire looks calm, as he should given his experience. I got excited when he swished that first jumper, but I don't think he will make his living at the 3-point line.

Hill was good, but too many TOs....he needs to value the ball more. His jump shot looked really good.

Noland was really good. Did anyone else hear what Bryden Manzer said about his jump shot? Manzer was a lights-out shooter in his day and he thinks Nolan has the best jump shot on the team. Damn....that'd be good.

Mason will play a bunch - he has some juice.

Lots of other stuff, but this team will be fun to watch. Loved the student section, probably the most impressive thing Moser has done since he arrived on campus.

First, I like that they went away from the three ball when it was clear we were not hitting. Went inside. Played inside out

Like I suggested in another thread, I think t groves and goldwire should be our best players and they played like it

I love that we didn’t help in the post from the ball side and give up catch and shoot threes. Drove me crazy that Lon chronically allowed this

Thought we attempted to offensive rebound. That is a change

Good to hear on the 3… I was driving and listening on the radio and missed the first 9 min of the second half due to my dad calling… I was a little concerned they were 4/14 (I think) and continued

Good recap and thoughts gents.....please keep them coming. I was unable to watch the game (but did record it) and am looking forward to seeing this year's version.

Sorry I am tardy on this, I was glad to hear after the game Moser talk about shot selection early in the game. Jacking up quick 3's drives me nuts especially in one or two possession games. I think it will take this team a little while to find the things it does well but like the potential. I love having post players that are actual threats to score.
