Interesting that all the prospects are from the OKC area. I guess the Tulsa teams must camp with Tulsa or ORU. What about places like Lawton? Maybe small D2 schools.

It is crazy how tall these high school lineups are now. Maybe I just remember wrong but I don't remember 6'5"-6'9' high school basketball players in 85. I remember guys being 6'1" to maybe one guy being 6'5". I know nobody from Edmond (85) played D-1 ball (Self was a few years older and he obviously played for OSU). Norman North might have four D-1 players.

Doug Gann played D-1 ball at UTA. He was on the '85 team at Edmond but he was only about 6'1".

I don't even remember that guy (doesn't mean all that much, there were 750 kids in my senior class) and did not know he played D-1 sports. The only guy I remember playing D-1 sports was John Bovier (spelling). He played line for OSU (blocking for Barry Sanders) after playing Juco football.

Mustang's center is going to OKC Storm but don't know who Mustang's recruits will be this year. Norman North will have to work to not win state this year.

No disrespect to mustang but the two favorites this year have to be Union and Norman North.

Mustang lost too much with their seniors and the two that are leaving them before they graduate. Losing the big kid in the middle hurts a lot for rebounding and defense.

Agreed. Union's Ethan Chargois is a Top 10 player, so I guess Union didn't camp at OU or OSU. Even though he's not going to be a senior, Chargois may be the best player in the state. CoachTalk would know better than me......

Union camped at Ou but Ethan was gone to Nike 100 camp.
