My question is - Why wait until the last minute, they should have been ready weeks ago instead of waiting until the last minute.

I love OU basketball but this season can't get over soon enough, this is the worst season I have seen since the 60's playing in the old gym.

In fairness this season is bad. It is beyond bad. I can handle a down year. But this is not a down year. This is inconsistency and what I perceive to be lack of effort.
