Transfer Portal 2025

that he did more with less? sure does.

imagine capel with krutwig instead of Blake.
Capel won a play in game and then a 1st round game like 2 yeas ago sans blake. When was pm's last tourney win at all even regardless of players (oh and guess what, it was with krutwig..)?

Pittsburgh keeping Capel around after this year when the ACC was weak and he didn't even sniff the NCAA Tournament is a bit baffling. He's only made the Tournament once in 7 years.

We are probably gonna let Moser go if he doesn't make the tournament next year and he's at least been close to the tournament all but like one year. Capel's not even been close most years.

How far did pm get with his lottery pick?
He’s a lottery pick but being a lottery pick doesn’t always have a lot to do with who the current player is.

Would you rather have Johni Broome or Jeremiah Fears right now? Fears will go higher but that doesn’t mean he’s a better player right now.

We both know Fears isn’t a lottery pick based on the player he is currently in the college. He’s a lottery pick based on projection and how he translates to the NBA, though he did come a long way this season, which is something he partially credits to film work with Moser & staff.

Yep. Blake probably gets in the lottery if he leaves early. But he came back and dominated physically and with added skills. Not to mention he wasn’t a SR in HS lol.

Want to let fears have two more years here and bet we go further?

So your argument here is essentially that fears isn't that good (or at least as good as BG was) but hes still a lottery pick.. but your prior point was that pm did more with less, but also pm couldn't win a a tourney game with fears.. and again, capel won tourney games just 2 years ago and without BG (and prolly no nba talent, idk).

Hard to keep track of this one..

The point is Jeremiah Fears isn’t Naismith POTY Blake Griffin or anything close to it. Doesn’t matter, portal thread, I’m done with it.

simple question. You have to pick one:

Capel or Moser is coaching OU the next 3 years at OU.

Go.
