But he wouldn't qualify as a star, top 10 portal player. He's very average.

Maybe Boopie Miller. OU's likes him. From Chicago. Not really a top 10 kid though. Not even top 25.

DJ Wagner could possibly qualify but eh, I don't see that happening.

Markus Burton would qualify but he just announced that he's going back to ND.

There is smoke on Rob Wright (portaling) but he wouldn't be a top 10 portal kid.

Lusk’s ability to evaluate and rate players is … not great lol. This is a dude who has hyped McCollum and Moore as likely draft picks. So his version of top 10 portal player may not even be close to accurate.
