Transfer Portal 2027

I might be off but I’d think a lower level guy should avg like 25+ with good %’s to be considered a SEC guy…

Avg 11/12 pts in a lower level league … to me…doesn’t seem “great”…

I may need y'alls help with something.

I have coded the app, going to put it on Github for others to use who want some data analysis. Also, want to publish it to something like streamlit so the commoners can use it.

My main question ... what is the best portal web tracker out there for players in? I can try scraping On3, but it is not as reliable and always behind. Any ideas?

Let me know what you all think. This is just a base right now. I need to add a Tab for Players in the portal and do a roster update once we find out who is staying and going...etc

you have to sign into streamlit, but it should be good to go.

EDIT:
I am trying another webhosting service, so you all dont have to sign up...standby

Alright, updated to a new hosting service:

Let me know thoughts. This new dashboard (right now) is all NCAA players ratings with 2 different scoring systems.

S1 is a new one using Barttorvik and other factors, S2 is using my original scoring system last year.

You can sort by position, conference, year, team...etc. You can sort on each column and the column defitnitons are located above in a drop down.

I will be adding a PORTAL tab soon, I just need to find the best API or site to webscrape. It is a tad sluggish, but I am working on it.

This was all built over the last two days using python and you can check out my GitHub if you want. CSV is also exportable.

Here is how our team looks via the scoring system:

Great work!

I haven't followed HS recruiting this year very closely, but I heard there are a few big schools (Kentucky and Louisville) that have zero HS prospects committed.

That means they are 100% in on the Portal. Going to be tough sledding, "better resources" or not.

Before too long the list of players not in the portal will be the shorter.

Yep, why even take a chance on high school players when you can buy the best proven players available? This model is not sustainable.
