Well, recently they have been doing well. Hopefully this guy plus the AD from Illinois can result in leveling up. In that case it would mean that Moser will stay long term, because he will have the NIL to keep those you would keep year to year and make the tourney.

All he has to do to make the tourney every year since he arrived is have someone else do the noncon scheduling .. so I have a lot of confidence that he will go from first out to first in every year if that one thing gets changed. Which could be the worst of all worlds lol .. but would be in the tourney. If he can keep people then maybe we see the team we see at the end of every season instead of the middle.

My expectation is that regardless of who we get in the portal, Mosers team will be the same as always and he will finally be fired next season. My fear is him winning just enough to keep his job another year.
