Its full on lurk season for me. I have nothing to add in the offseason and barely anything to add during the regular season. I have been making an effort not to be negative... and OU basketball makes it difficult for me to maintain my positivity.

Masters Week! There's a guy that played D1 basketball at Illinois State that qualified as an amateur at 39. Porter Moser sent a guy to the Masters before he won a tournament game at Oklahoma

Also, if legislation such as Tuberville's is passed and signed (Trump's executive order), players will have five years to play with one free transfer. That will control a lot of the movement and in turn bring some of the salaries down.

Do we have realistic targets at this point? And what about Forsythe - I think he's an important piece to keep. He's a great first guard off the bench guy. Just don't think you can play X and Dayton together for prolonged minutes in the SEC.

well...if a court doesn't strike it down....it has to bring the prices down.
if a player has no other option...he's at the mercy of his final school/gm

Maybe, maybe not. What it will do, though, is greatly reduce the number of players in the portal which could still lower spending if you aren't having to recruit 5-7 guys at inflated salaries and only have to bring in 2 or 3
