Chris Boucher will be choosing between Texas Tech, TCU, and Oregon.

Boucher averaged 22.5 points, 11.8 rebounds, 4.7 blocks and shot 58.0 percent for the field and 44.4 percent from three-point range (on 126 attempts) for Northwest College (Wyoming) on his way to earning NJCAA National Player of the Year.

Boucher was named to the NJCAA DI Men’s Basketball Championship All-Tournament team after averaging 26.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 7.5 blocks in two games. Earlier this week, Boucher was announced as an NJCAA First Team All-America selection.

Would be a nice haul for Tubby to get a player like this... They had one of the most inexperienced teams in the country last year, return some good talent, and if they land a guy like this Tech will put a good team on the floor next year.

Of course, he could end up at TCU as well and they have a pretty solid roster.

I've got a feeling that, as good as KU, ISU, OU, and Baylor could potentially be, the teams at the bottom of the conference (Tech, TCU, KState, and one other) could potentially be awful.

I agree KBaden. I don't think the Big 12 will the toughest conference, top to bottom, again. OSU could also be awful. Outside of Forte, they aren't working with much.

Also, regarding JUCO player rankings... I haven't seen them, but isn't Manyang up there?

Manyang is #2 behind a SG committed to Auburn I believe.

I'm not sure how good this guy is if TCU and Tech are battling it out for him.
