Two reasons it won't be before Thursday

The first reason is easy " Still Coaching".

The second reason would be that Joe is in over his head. Somehow surprised that he needed to hire a coach and wasn't two steps ahead in the process since before Capel was let go. Or was played like a rookie by several coaches wanting raises to stay at their current schools.

Neither feels right to me, so my money is on it happening by Wednesday.
