Jerry Finkbeiner was the head coach at Southern Nazarene where he won multiple national championships including an undefeated season. From there he went to ORU. I met a young woman who played for him at ORU and left because of him. The problem was that the only times that he had anything to do with his players was when he was recruiting them and when they were in a game. His assistant coaches did all the work outside of that.
