Well the 2020 kids can take official visits now, and Oregon got commitments from 2 players already within the last 2 weeks. I’m not sure Sherri is having kids come in right now if she can’t even tell them who else will be coaching them the next 4 years.

And let me add that after researching the recent hire, I’m beginning to believe Sherri is just re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The new coach is OK, but nothing to get excited about. She was hired because Sherri knew and worked with her before. That’s it, IMHO.

I have no hope that the second hire will be any better.

She is just going to promote Jan Ross back to lead assistant. Why pay her 225K as just a staff member.

My understanding is she is still making the $222K she made in fiscal year 2018 as an assistant but can find no documentation to confirm such. I know she was making $205K in 2014 and that she got a $3K raise in 2016 to $208K. I can find nothing documenting her salary increase from $208K to $222K.

Colton Coale make $46K at OU in fiscal year 2018 but we must remember his raise to $85K as an assistant only took place in September of 2018 so it will be reflected in fiscal year 2019.

If I figured out which Ross is Jan at OU she is making $100k now...so I think she did take a pay cut. I also searched it for Colton and this data does show Colton to be making $85k.
