Morris is being talked about more and more recently so I thought I post some video. He has been to a couple of home games this year and is supposed to be there Wednesday night.

Where in the pecking order is he in line for an offer? Before or after Woodson? Or has Woodson already been offered?

Scout.com shows that OU, Baylor, TCU and Illinois have offered Woodson. Another seven or eight schools are showing interest, especially since he blew up at the National Prep Showcase last summer and jumped from #87 to #54 in Scout's 2013 rankings. No doubt about it the kids a stud. He would be a great get if OU can sign him.


But I like what I've seen of Morris, too. He reminds me a little of a young Kevin Bookout. Just like Kevin, he's a space-eater with great size for a high school kid. Bookout had more skills. But Morris has better hops, plus he has a decent looking shot from short range.

I would take both players if I could. If Woodson is not available, I wouldn't hesitate to sign Morris. If he grows another inch or two by time he gets to college, Kruger may have to be put on suicide watch if he passes on the kid.

I had a chance to visit briefly with him last week. Nice kid. Built like former OU player David "DJ" Johnson....probably more athletic.
I hear his family would like for him to be at OU. (Just the rumor around town)
