We'll be fine with Moser and the future going forward...

I think a lot of our fans expectations this year were just way too high for the roster we had. I guess I was one of the few that looked at the roster and said this team isn't an NCAA Tournament team. In the coming years when we get some guards that can actually score in multiple ways and we will always see the defense from a Moser team we'll get it going. But I've seen this board and many OU fans freak out over the way the season has gone. This year was gonna be a tough year. It's probably been about what I expected. Losing Harkless is pretty big and will make it hard to even finish above .500. But that won't change the future which is way brighter.

Our defense is rated lower this year than last.

Moser signed 3 guys that will upgrade the talent and athleticism in a major way next season. If he can continue to build through recruiting, we will be fine.

Yep. As kind of unimpressed as I was with some of the guys he's brought in from the portal(with the benefit of hindsight), I was super impressed with that fall signing class. It will be very interesting to see who leaves and he brings in over the late signing period/summer. I wish OU had more basketball recruiting coverage. That's why I appreciate Coach, Postman(where the heck is he?) and a couple others when they bring it.

Back to the guys he first brought in, I, and everyone else I thought, were super excited about Mawein. Does anyone have any idea what's held him back? Wasn't he an Arkansas commit and highly regarded.. The fact that he can't get but less than a minute a game is mind blowing to me.
