What direction

Does this team have any direction? I honestly have no idea what is going on with this team. So will Willis and Fitzgerald play significant minutes from here on out? Why did they suddenly play tonight? Are we an uptempo team or a halfcourt team? Are we an offensive team or a defensive team? Do we have a plan?

I haven't been this perplexed by a team since Tubbs' last season as coach.

Fitz almost had to play tonight because of Tiny being benched for missing part of practice along with TMG. I'm not sure why all the sudden Capel decided to play Willis, whether he has been in the doghouse or what. Regardless they both played hard and in my opinion have earned at the very least more playing time if not a starting spot.

We have to go inward. By that I mean this team has to come together and be a TEAM instead of individuals playing a game. I don't know how to get that done though.
