Which one of the freshmen guards

Does Cousins shot look like it is going to hit the ceiling? Johnson's shot always seemed like it was coming down from the rafters.

He had nothing on Cade Davis who really made it rain from up high.

On another note before this season I thought I would never see as many airballs as Cade put up during his time at OU.

This 2012-2013 damn near matched it in the TCU game alone.

Let me make this clear, because folks are misunderstanding the Cousins folks, I think. I fully believe that Buddy will be the best of the guards based on his talent and work ethic. He will be a 15-18 ppg scorer by his JR or SR year. The amount of points he ALREADY gets in the lane off putbacks and such is just awesome for a guard. I am simply saying that Cousins has the best chance to go from 0 to 60, so to speak. But and Jelon are great talents, but Cousins has the potential to be a nightmare when things slow down.

Agree, think people are arguing two different things. Base it off player ratings for example.

Say buddy is a 60/100 now, and could go to 80/100 this offseason, a very nice jump and would make him a top player on our team and in league.

Put Cousins at a 40/100 now and he goes to 65/100 next year, still far less than Buddy, but he has improved more overall because he has more room to climb.

it's the annual question in the NBA with the "Most Improved Player" award. Some voters find a guy who simply wasn't very good and made a nice leap to being a great 6th man or starter. By no means is he an all-star or anything but made a huge 'improvement' for the award.

Some voters take the stance that it's harder to break through that ceiling to get to all star status, and they find a guy who was young or a starter and has now broken into all-star or top players in the league and vote him most improved.
