I would go with Syracuse. Great recruiting area, large arena, knowledgeable fans, in an area where basketball is king.

USC, I am not a fan of the state, but great past tradition, and excellent recruiting area. Should be a no brainer to bring them back to national prominence.

Mizzou should be another excellent place to coach with Kansas City, St. Louis, and Chicago to recruit from.
