Who is your all time "one tough hombre" OU starting 5 of all time?

Re: Who is your all time "one tough hombre" OU starting 5 of all time?

Blake Griffin whined too much to be on this list.

Hard to argue with the initial list, with the exception of maybe Hollis in place of one of the three guards.

I'd probably replace Spangler too, but I'm not sure with who.

Blake was strong and talented but he was more of a poser and flailer than tough IMO. Still is ion the NBA.

Kind of like Marcus Smart. Very strong physically and could kick your ass but flails & flops.

Spangler is all hustle. But you know what? He's probably more talented than we give him credit for. Guy is a very good athlete.

Corey Brewer has lived with pellet bullets lodged in one of his arms since he was a child. That in and of itself means he is first on my list. Eduardo Najera and Hollis Price are next. If those two are now coaching together, they will have the mentally toughest team in their league. As for the last two, that's when it gets a bit more difficult to choose. I see a lot of well-deserving candidates already posted. I'll go with Clifford Ray and Kevin Bookout.

Terrell Everett, William Davis and Darren Selvy deserve a shout

Only a closet Aggie would bring up a pokes name in a thread about the toughest Sooners!

I second those who mentioned Bookout. That dude would whip anyone on the floor.

WTF should he do? The guy got hit, tripped, need in the balls, fouled like crazy and everything else you can imagine. I guess he should have reacted rather than asked the refs to do their Fing job.

Najera running out of the tunnel against Michigan St.!!

Staggering out of the tunnel. No way he plays another minute if that game is today. Dude didn't know where he was.
