The short answer is that he got in early foul trouble. I still don't know how he ended the game with 4 fouls in only 4 minutes of playing time? At least one of the four I can think of was a bogus call. Still, any player who picks up a foul at the rate of one every minute has to work hard to do it.

From the bits I saw of the game, he could have had more fouls in those four minutes if they chose to call them. Fitz has one move on offensive rebounds and only one. Shove the guy blocking you out, not just under the goal, but out of bounds. It's not very subtle.

With that said, he still provides valuable experience and scoring potential off the bench, so he's still valuable. I just can't help but think of his rebounding when I think of Fitz.
