I believe the single, overriding reason for the problem(s) this year is the lack of team "chemistry". I sense no closeness, no fondness, no "got your back", no willingness to share or support. From this I think comes all we have seen all year. I doubt very seriously that it is any one player's fault- or even any two players. It's seems clear that we dont have a strong leader that the others are willing to follow.
