Will Baylor's problems affect their basketball programs?

Actually, I forgot TCU, so remove Houston entirely. The only adds would then be BYU, Central Florida, and South Florida. Makes 12.

Big 12
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Kansas
Kansas State
Iowa State
Texas
Texas Tech
TCU
South Florida
Central Florida
BYU
West Virginia

South Florida doesn't even get mentioned for expansion anymore.

It's almost certainly between Cincy, UCONN, UCF, BYU, and Memphis, with the first two leading. Baylor isn't getting the death penalty. Not even close. But if they were to leave, I'd be in favor of adding Houston. I really like their upside, but the Big 12 can't add another TX school without first losing one. The only thing I like about BYU is they probably have the best football history of all the schools under consideration. But they just aren't a good fit. They need to be playing in the PAC.

Lol Lebby...karma

Don't spy on OU or stoops will wreck you

And then his wife (briles daughter) looks rather silly right now from her facebook post before her husband was included in any of this

If Baylor's football program goes back to the basement, where they belong, it might hurt the basketball programs financially but it wouldn't be immediate.

We could hope but they are receiving $25M per year for being a Big 12 member. :facepalm
