THe people on this board who are now dissapointed that a kid that transferred from Wyoming is not a one and done NBA guy have only themsevles to blame for overhyping him before the season started.

Why do you guys do that every year? Ray Willis, Cam Clark, Osby, M'baye...it goes on and on.

Last year we would be massively outplayed in the second half and we chalked it up to depth. It's happening again so far this year.

At some point you have to question Kruger's coaching. I don't care how many frat houses he visits and how many alumni reunions we have. That team last night just went out and took a big dump on the court. I don't believe the talent level is so poor we should have to scratch & claw to sneak out wins vs UTEP and UTA. We have too many top 125 guys on this roster with plenty of experience to be this abysmal.

Capel gets part of the blame but if we go 16-15 or something this year the Kruger hire has been an expensive bust.

Please do not lump Osby in this category. He was our best player last year and has shown to be our best player this season. The question is why were you disappointed in Osby?

Knowing Krugerfan 52, I don't believe he was saying he was ever disappointed in Osby, he was speaking about alot of hype was posted here concerning Osby all of last yr. When he didn't show early in his career here, to be the 2nd coming of LaBron, there were a few posters going after him, Capel(because he called him the best player on campus), and anyone who had posted how good he would be.

Some of those same posters will be shredding M'Baye if he doesn't pick it up. Osby has played well, and most here are glad he became a Sooner. Most of the fighting about Osby was centered around those who wanted to make Capel seem like a fool for calling the kid the best player on campus, and those who took what was said and really expected him to be LaBron.


I have never seen Krugerfan 52 go after any player, so I don't think he was here, more just telling everyone to temper expectations with the new players.

You should have seen the nonsensical video posted on the big screen at the football game. Really bizarre.
