A semi-athletic skilled team beats a semi-athletic unskilled team.

Losing to a great team like SDSU is nothing to be ashamed about. The Aztecs played great defense tonight. The better team and the better coach won the game.

Uh ok.

True

They looked well coached and had solid basketball IQs.

Lon Kruger did a hell of a job just to get us in the tourney this year. Pledger didn't show up and we needed him to win. It wasn't coaching that lost us this game. Osby was the only one who played well.

I dont know about "better coach", but SDST had much better players and played a good game. We have freshmen and not a lot of talent in the upper classes except Osby. I hope he makes it in the pros.

Let's hope LK can recruit it away.

SDSU was an average team that played basic defense, while OU couldn't hit a free throw or any open shots.

If you can't score more than 55 points, you definitely have offensive issues period.

I totally disagree with this. They are a pretty good team with good players.

BULL RUBBISH! Air ball! 4-5? 0-3? Clank!

Lack of tourney experience probably had something to do with this

I don't think Fisher is that much better than Lon, but I thought he did a better job last night. The match-up zone decision was really puzzling, as was our execution/points of attack the final 15-20 minutes.

If it it's any consolation, that is one of the better games SDSU has played the last couple months (from what I have seen). Whether that was our defense or their playmaking, is up for debate.
